הפרויקט התחיל מתוך רצון שלי לאפשר את תחושת הקרבה לאמצעי החימום, בדומה לרצון שלנו להתקרב לאש החיה, להושיט יד למדורה ולהתחמם. השרפרפים נערמים לעמוד חימום מרכזי בחלל החדר ובעת אירוח ניתן לפרקם ולהפכם לשרפרפים אישיים. השרפרף האישי משמש כמושב חימום או כשולחן צד בעל פונקציות רבות כגון פיזור חום בסביבה, מגש חימום ואפילו אחסון או הטענת מכשירי חשמל.
מתוך מחשבה על חימום חסכוני בחשמל, שיטת החימום מתבצעת ע"י יריעת סיבי חשמל השזורה בצפיפות משתנה בפלסטיק ומאפשרת חימום מקומי חסכוני. השרפרפים נטענים בצורה עצמאית או אחד דרך השני במערום.

Waterskin
Digital Nomad Bottle+
'Waterskin' a flexible water bottle in a leather case for digital nomads that can carry all your essentials.
The project is made to grant the need to carry personal items attached to the water bottle. Based on this idea I designed a bottle that allows carrying essential items that are requiered for digital nomads' working environments.
Digital nomads are people with technological surroundings that allow them to work from any place, with no dependency on geographic location.
Their essential items are few but are made of high quality, are chosen carefully and serve them in changing environments throughout the day.
The bottle I designed consists of a 450ml silicone water tank which fits between two layers of a durable leather case. The bottle can be personally carried, is light weighted, mobile and can store and carry essential objects.
The case spreads open into a flat surface which creates a personal work station in an open public space.
The bottle can be easily and quickly spread open or closed and provides optimal access to the objects. The negative space created when closing the case around the water tank is used equipping the objects. I have spent much thought on the design process, considering the relationship between concealment and revelation, as well as camouflage and unique appearance that catches the eye. I was inspired by the ancient goat waterskin (water bottle), from its shape and from its functiontionality.
Materials: Leather, Silicone, Stainless Steel, TPU, Polyethylene and Polypropylene.
